The pool that stopped being the one you drew

A pool rarely fails all at once. The finish dulls, the equipment gets older than the landscape around it, a spa that was a priority ten years ago is not one now, and the monthly visit becomes a quick skim and a note on the door. Owners in Austin and the Hill Country end up asking two things: can someone look after this properly, and is it worth renovating or time to start again.

Both questions are easier when the company answering them can read the original drawings and has built what it is looking at.

Maintain it, phase it, or rebuild it

Aqua Builders offers full-service monthly swimming pool maintenance, so the same firm that designs and builds water environments also looks after them. Lead Technician Caleb DeSantis is on the Aqua Builders team.

Master planning and phased installation suit a property that will grow in stages: the water, the hardscape, the outdoor kitchen and the planting arrive in an order that is drawn in advance, not improvised. Cosmetic renovations refresh what is visible. Full renovations go back to the drawing board, with the same kind of CAD deliverables as a new build.

If the renovation involves a renewed spa or a new feature, the design and construction team that works on new pools is the one that draws and builds it.

Ongoing care is where the pool earns its keep

One client wrote, “You always can call or text from design to after completion of pool.” That is the aftercare standard: the office stays reachable after the crew leaves, whether the need is a monthly visit, a phased second stage or a full renovation.

Call (512) 722-3636 from Driftwood to the Hill Country. A project manager will contact you about beginning the proposal process, and the case studies below show what renewed and phased work looks like across the portfolio.
